My Approach

My training is in Transactional Analysis (TA). I believe TA is a powerful approach that offers individuals therapeutic benefit through giving them simply understood terms and concepts to complex phenomenological issues that we experience on a day-to-day and lifelong basis. The idea is we can understand our script (our negative self beliefs) to better serve our life towards more autonomy and spontaneity.

Together we can develop a shared language in which you can feel assured in an empathic safe space that your therapist is alongside you, and on your side to explore your issues and difficulties.

The process of therapy allows us to integrate parts of ourselves that feel lost, giving more power to our decision-making process today and allowing a personal growth process where faculties of spontaneity, intimacy and awareness can greatly improve our lives and our understanding of ourselves and our relationships.

Therapy can help to improve mood, well-being, and overall functioning that can be disrupted by anxiety and depression.
